Does SoCornish include receipts / invoices with orders
Our hampers are commonly sent as gifts so we do not include any receipt paperwork within the package. Your receipt will be emailed to the address provided when you checkout your order.
Can I choose a specific date for delivery of my order.
If you have a future delivery date for your order, please add this information in delivery date section on the product page or alternatively add your delivery information in notes section when you checkout. We will always do our very best to make sure your order is delivered on the specified date but due to rare courier issues we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery. If we are unable to deliver on the date specified for any reason we will contact you to discuss other options.
Can I include a special message with my order
If you have a special message that you would like added to your order please add the message in the space provided in the product message section. We always want your message to feel personal and special so it will be hand written on a gift card and included within your order.
Do SoCornish deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
Yes we do but due to the perishable or fragile nature of many of our products, please email or telephone us before placing your order so that we can discuss the suitability of your order.
Can SoCornish deliver to me while I am on holiday in Cornwall?
We offer a two day service where we deliver your SoCornish items direct to your Hotel, Camp Site or Guest House in North Cornwall.
We do require that someone is available to sign for the item.
We will require a mobile telephone number and delivery instructions for your accomodation.
How do I get more information or contact SoCornish directly?
We are available by telephone Monday to Friday (01840) 219 135 from 9am – 5pm, alternatively you can reach us by email 7 days a week and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
