If you have babies and toddlers in your party these two cottages are perfect choices. The only steps are the stairs which are gated leaving ample toddle / crawling space on the ground floor. Upstairs the little play den is a haven for young minds, play in there or bring things downstairs, the options are limitless but you will feel your little ones are safe and happy in here allowing you to relax and enjoy your holiday too. This self catering holiday cottage is ideal for multi generational holidays with grandparents having their own downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The layout also makes it perfect choice with an older child, au-pair or nanny on holiday. With a whirlpool bathroom there is a little touch of luxury available for all and for parents the upstairs Master bedroom has a giant 6 ft bed, ideal if you are prone to little feet creeping in during the night. Please note that Honeysuckle and Willow are our only pet free properties all year round, this makes them an obvious choice for allergy suffers in your family group.

Upstairs – Twin bedroom, family bathroom, play room fully stocked with toys and the master super king bedroom.
Outside – Private garden to the rear of the property with patio and picnic bench. Coombe Mill lawns, train and play areas are situated to the front of this self catering holiday cottage.
Accessibility & Parking:
There are steps up into the front of Honeysuckle and to access the garden at the rear of the cottage.
There is a downstairs twin bedroom and bathroom in Honeysuckle.
There is space for one car to park directly in front of the steps to Honeysuckle cottage, any extra cars will be parked in the adjacent car parking area.
Wi-Fi – Wi-Fi is available in areas of Honeysuckle cottage with access best in the upstairs rooms and closer to the bedrooms.
Heating – Honeysuckle self catering holiday cottage has heating provided by the night storage heaters downstairs as well as the fitted electric heaters in bedrooms. The wood burner available to hire and recommended in winter.
Hot Water – Honeysuckle’s hot water is on a timer and you will have access to the immersion in the airing cupboard in the family bathroom.
Electricity – There is an electricity meter in the cupboard under the stairs that operates on £1 coins. Generally between £10 and £20 will cover a week depend on time of year and usage.
Honeysuckle is one of our pet free properties, perfect for anyone who suffers from pet allergies.
Daily Farm Rides – 9am each morning except Saturdays- Join Farmer Nick or Farmer Amber on the tractor to have a hands on experience with our farm animals.
Daily Train Rides – Weather permitting – Join us on our miniature railway each evening excluding Saturdays.
Activity Hour – Subject to demand – A chance for you and your little ones to get crafty on the farm.
Fishing – Rod licence required – We have two course fishing lakes. Perfect for fisherman of all abilities with rods available to borrow.

Honesty Shop – We have a small honesty shop selling simple essentials like UHT milk, jam, sugar, rice as well as home cooked meals, and pizzas in the freezer.
Village Shop – In the village there is a friendly local shop that stocks all the extras you might need.
Supermarket – Major supermarkets in Bodmin and Wadebridge as well as a small co-op in Camelford.
Most major supermarkets deliver to us but make sure you include the property name & booking name on the order to ensure it finds you.
